In this situation, several organizations for disabled people and support groups approached to give assistance, and received cooperation from local governments. Due to the disclosure of personal information, door-to-door surveys for the disabled were carried out in Minanmisoma City, Fukushima Prefecture and Rikuzentakata City, Iwate Prefecture.
