Futaba town became a caution zone in the whole town by the 3/11 Fukushima nuclear disaster. Living in evacuation shelters reached its second year in each place. Among nor destined to return to hometown, patience among the people of Futaba town had exceeded the limit. Complaint and conflict about formerly the Kisai High School, where it is the only remaining evacuation centre, occurred as town-people were pushed into division of their town.
