A nuclear explosion occurred at the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant on the 12th and the 14th of March. The damage reached Motomiya City too. "Challenge of Negotiating for Nuclear Damage Compensation" is a documentary of a private citizen, who researched the pollution status of rice fields and filed in the area where sharing urgent questions, such as Can we eat? Can we plant?, and based on this, he took a leading role in the negotiation of compensation with TEPCO.
