One of the most awful catastrophes in human history was the Chernobyl Nuclear Disaster. Slavutych is a replacement city that was built fifty kilometers to the northeast of Chernobyl. Half of the twenty-five thousand residents have still been working at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant. Slavutych, which has been reconstructing with support from neighboring countries and advanced welfare from the government, and those who continue to live facing the environment of radioactive contamination, shows us one of the answers, after a quarter century of time.  
This is a documentary in which Otake predicts the future of Fukushima in Slavutych, where he is filmed.
